There is no easy way man....you just need to man up and do it. Tell her the truth that you like hanging out with her and you think she is an amazing girl! but your heart is not in it and you are not ready for a relationship and you feel like If you lied to her it would be cheating her out of a good relationship. Its not that you dont like her it just that you are at diffrent points in your lives and you are not ready to settle down with somone right now.
