Having great conversational skills is a big part of game. If an ugly girl has game, yeah I would date her. I've done it before, and I think I have higher standards when it comes to personality than looks, so yeah I can let a few extra pounds slide as long as she isnt deformed or morbidly obese.

It can (not will) lead to health problems. If not already one.
People like reproduce with healthy people.
