I say fuck it... keep on with this rhetoric. The winners will get it and move forward. The losers will cry about how harsh you are. The cycle will continue until the thread is locked....and then keep spinning for pussies.
I feel lucky to have had... sorry decided mid sentence that Im no better than the loser for bitching about what losers they are. Im sure I have better things to do but preach on... _________________ My personal mantra:

Smart phones, tablets and the Internet are destroying natural human interaction. You cant go anywhere without seeing somebody hunched over a phone nowadays. True happiness comes from real human contact. You go out partying with your buddies, you pull a hot chick on the dancefloor, you hit the poker tables in the casino, you spend time with family, you go on exotic holidays, you do business deals, you wake up next to your girl. In my case, I sing / rap at venues on the local live scene circuit and I promote / DJ events locally. Life is beautiful.
Remove the screens from your life. Stop checking your phone every 5 minutes. Switch it off, leave it at home once in a while. Leave the house and embrace your youth. I'm 29 years old. 30 next year!!! I wasted the first half of my 20's and I can never get that time back. Do you really need to read the news, or Wikipedia or watch related YouTube videos? Sell your TV asap. Sold mine 2 years ago and never looked back.

I just turned 21 a couple of days ago, and I can happily say that I'm living life to the maximum. I got rid of SPAM and Wifi on my phone, stopped watching TV (only occasionally), and stopped whatsoever online games (when I was around 16). Life is so much better without these stress-causing things.
What Majikal is saying is worth diamonds to be honest. Let me rephrase something, even though it was mentioned already. The more you grow up, the more you'll look back at your life and say "What have I achieved until now?". The moment you start wanting something, do it IMMEDIATELY. I can demonstrate with a really brief example from my own experience. When I was around 17 years old, I wanted to learn how to play the guitar. Day after day, I kept convincing myself that I'd buy the guitar the month after. Years passed by and I never got to buy the guitar because of my laziness. When I look back, I keep wondering if I just made that fucking move and bought the guitar, I could've been already playing for 4 years which is considered decent.
Moral of the example: The more you procrastinate, the more regrets you'll have later on and the more these regrets will haunt you when you grow older and older.
Make something out of your life so one day you can look back and laugh or be proud of what you have achieved. Sitting like a lazyass all day stuck at home and wondering what your goals are won't get you anywhere.

That lazyass guy who blames everything else including women on why my life sucks that majikal so aptly described is me. And i banked on winning the lotto. I honestly believed i would one day win the lotto. Majikal your so fucking spot on its hilarious.
To all you noobs out there. If your playing video games and watching porn drop that shit immediately. LIFE is the GAME PLAY IT. All those hours i spent leveling up in RPGs i could've spent learning something cool. I could have been leveling up in my life. That comfortable shit that keeps you inside stagnates your growth. I'm hauling ass now to try to catch up to everybody.
I Recently found an old picture box my mom had of me. I looked through it. And when i got to age 12 or 13 i saw a kid turn into a wierd, shy gamer teenager. I can't believe thats who i was! Looking back now i fucked up so bad. Ruined my whole teenage experience.
Enough whining though the future is coming so work for it. Sacrifice comfort for pain. You'll be glad you did.

Graduality is the key for change here. Start out with EXTREMELY simple goals, and move forward.
Day 1: Don't masturbate
Day 2: Don't masturbate, read an article.
Day 3: Don't masturbate, read an article, approach a single set.
...
The next goal always seems achievable, and in a few weeks you will be getting to a hell of a pace. _________________ "If you can dream it, you can do it"
