As others have already said, there's good and bad advice out there, but the best advice you will ever get is just to get out there and try it. Your own experience will help you more than anything on here.

The good advice gets stickied, the bad advice creates good debates and exchanges which eventually leads to good advice from other posters anyway.

So I don't think noobs reading the bad advice are really gonna suffer, because there's plenty of folks on here ready to expose the bad shit and explain why it's bad. Knowing what NOT to do is just as important as knowing what to do. Noobs often do too much; eg. never STFU, verbal diarrhoea, constantly texting/messaging etc. Less is more. Create tension with silence. Slow the fuck down.

This is what's known as the "good enough factor." You don't have to be perfect. You just have to be good enough. It applies to alot of things in life aside from picking up girls.

Indeed. A persn being decent in all those areas already puts him in the top 10% of all men.
