First of, I know many guys who spend countless hours in the gym to build themselves up yet most of them still have trouble with women. Sure, it may help some of their confidence inside the gym but outside that world they're still AFCs. Also, PUAs were mostly driven by a high level of frustration, depression and anger to conquer The Game. A lot of people in gyms are driven by the same emotions but not nearly as intense as AFCs. This is the ultimate desire for all men. To be able to get whatever they want, whenever they want. The Game basically guarantees that. Whereas going to the gym MAY or MAY NOT make you more appealing to women.

The Game (reffering to the whole game as opposed to the book) opens many more doors than buffing yourself up. I completely agree, your awareness of this growing community will never get you anywhere. It's the actual work, effort and dedication you put into it. What I'm trying to argue is that men will be much more determined to put effort into becoming a PUA than they would in becoming a bodybuilder.
