I think key in seduction, actually key in anything is to learn to accept and love yourself....the rest is just a commentary....if you find ways to fall in love with yourself ... the rest of the universe will follow...

Be yourself is often said since how else is one supposed to be happy? Everybody has a unique personality, strengths and talents.

As for dating, well PUA is geared to a given demographic, that's patent fact IMO. That said, how else is one supposed to attract a woman without being oneself?
