Sure attitude is important.

Thinking "How many ways could this go wrong" differs from thinking "How can I make this go the way I want".

But, positive thinking isnt a magical cure for everything. It does not cure the disease, only the symptoms. It may get you well enough to go to the doctor and get some real help going.
