Sharplin-I wish you the best, but i tried this already and it didn't work.

I was writing down points I thought were important. I reached about 100 I think-its impossible to keep them in your mind my friend.

Good luck though.

Yeah that's true, there are seemingly endless traits to keep in mind. That's why I want to take this list and break it down into challenges that work to develop each and every trait. For example, week 1 would focus on only 2 or 3 traits, and thus only those 2 or 3 would be focused on and you could forget the rest. Then once those traits become natural, you no longer have to consciously keep them in mind and you can add the others to it the same way. Rinse and repeat.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Good list. So just do it.

Few thoughts:

24. Mirror body language (to an extent) to help establish rapport – if they have their arms crossed, cross your arms. If they have their hands in their pockets, do the same. Don’t make it blatantly obvious, rapport is built subtly

The idea is to build rapport so that THEY begin to mirror your body language. You want to bring them into YOUR World.

Secondly, the list is 'functionally' too long. A salesman, athlete, comedian . . . anybody that needs to perform does not typically go out with a 20+ check list for all the shit he has to do. A boxer might go into the ring thinking, "counter the right". A salesman might go into the boardroom thinking, "influence the CFO". Pick one note from your list that is the most powerful thing for you. . . then just go do it. Most of the other things in your list will come into place on its own.
