This is gonna be a journal for my game and thought process in general.
Know that English isn't my first, not even my second language, feel free to correct me anytime.
I know most of people don't actually go through wall of texts, so I am gonna try to keep this short and organized.
My current state of mind:
Right now, I strongly believe that 80% of anyone's game is confidence and it's what I am gonna be working as much as possible and hopefully I will get more comfortable with the seduction pattern and be able to use the canned material more effectively.
To work on my confidence, I plan to approach not only women, but any social situation where I might experience fear simply to gain control over that feeling.
I strongly believe that comfort is a physical feeling. If you expose yourself long enough to a stressful situation, you will automatically become more comfortable and less afraid. You can notice this when you go out for the first time after a long break and are more anxious than you ever were before. (Restarting school after summer for example).
Therefore, by exposing myself to cold approaches and stressful social situations, I will naturally be more comfortable in my inner game.
Here is an example of me using that theory.
August 20th, 2010
I was sitting at a metro station feeling very tired and decide to lie down on the bench and relax until my bus shows up. Five minutes later, an intimidating security guard walks up to me and tells me that it's prohibited to lie down on the bench here, so I sit up. I was very tired and wanted to lie down again, but I knew that the body guard would warm me again or even kick me out, which made me anxious.
I decide this was the perfect time to apply my theory and, just to incite fear, lied down again. I couldn't relax like the first time, but I knew I was getting more familiar with anxiety and fear, so I held my ground. Eventually, the guard showed up again and told me that if I wouldn't sit properly, he would be forced to kick me out. We then got in an argument on why he wouldn't let me lie down and he ended up being quite friendly.
At the end of the day, I knew I did something productive.
In order to raise my confidence and work on my inner game, I plan on studying NLP theory and techniques and trying to apply them as much as possible. I strongly believe that NLP is a tool that every man should have in his array.
If this paper doesn't get you into NLP, nothing will.

My opinion on sedatives.
The biggest problem that people encounter during their journey to become a PUA is social anxiety. If there was a magic pill to make all your anxiety go away, I
guarantee that your game would be a thousand times more effective. Actually these pills exist, they are called Benzodiazepines (anti-anxiety medication) or even opiates(narcotic painkillers). They are used to help people that suffer from STRONG anxiety disorders and panic attacks and do wonders on shattering your self consciousness for maximum efficiency.
These pills however are not sold over the counter, so you might never be able to get them, but if you ever come across benzos or opiates, i recommend the following experience:
Take a measured dose of the medication (go on erowid . net to find the right amount), wait for the effect to kick in proceed to sarging, or even simply approaching strangers.
You will be amazed by the results, literally amazed. These pills give you the PERFECT state of mind that you will work on trying to reach naturally ( which is impossible ) and will show you a version of yourself that you have never seen before. After you come back to normal, you now have a the best rolemodel, yourself.
Never abuse that medication, if you feel that you are heading towards addiction, I recommend watching this video.
