Hi. I'm eighteen, student of secondary school, who wants to be true alpha male, and i think this Journal might help me.

My goals:
I want to be: Self confident, dominant, definite, strong, protective.
I want to fight my laziness, cause it's destroying me: Problems with school (because i'm to lazy to do homework or something ) no money (because i'm to lazy to work on weekends) not well-build (because i'm to lazy to work out).

Not many goals, but this two are the most important, so i want to focus on that.
That's it for today. If u have any suggestions i'm open for other people opinion's.

Get started with "Motivation" and make a dream board. Find a picture that exemplifies these goals and place it in the center. Around the center put general reasons why you want these goals (pictures of a high quality man at a bar surrounded by beautiful women, A alpha male sitting in the front a conference room table, etc., Then put specifics outside of those. Pictures of things that are real in your life that you want to emulate or acquire. Take a digital photo of your dream board and make it the wall paper of your laptop.

FR#1- The Beggining

Target:HB7, Cute, young girl (17) with nice figure

Where: School

While i was standing with my friend waiting for our teacher, i saw my target: She was sitting on the bench, lisening to the music from her mp3.

Ofcourse, my excuses attacked my, but i broke them (it took me 2 minuts i think). Sit next to her, start conversation: I know you, you're my mate's cousin, bla bla. Some basic chat, but i was to stressed ( ) to think about patterns, routins and technicks. Trying some kino, nothing to fancy, just some legs touching.

My game's probably still weak, but i think my look (i'm quite good looking) helped me to gain her phone number(after about 10-15 minuts of talking). Although, i'm not getting to excited, because i know that, one: I Have weak rapport, and two: My attraction isn't to high. I'll try to catch her 2moro. I meet her at school almost every day, maybe i'll try an instant date, what do you guys think ?
