Went out to the open mic night on Friday to promote my rock gig the next day, now this whole situation is bizarre. 1st my band didn't show up to play to promote the gig, 2nd the place had atleast 50 ppl, it's a real small under 21 bar type thing. So I had to go up & play my songs all by my fucking self again. I'm 20 by the way. So everyone only gets 2 play 3 songs. I played my songs that I wrote with my heart & soul glued on to the acoustic and the crowd arrupts with monstrous clapping. A kid screaming I'm his hero.... So right before i get off stage i tell he crowd i have a gig here tomorrow & all the details, I get off stage and find a couch and these guys are
coming up to me saying how much they liked it but not 1'girl lol... Finally a girl gives me proximity standing rigt beside me on purpose so i open her and it's like butter

I'm curious as to why only guys approached me saying they liked my music, maybe I wasn't smiling enough, it felt like I smiled in the right moderation. why nobody
showed up at the gig the next day except for my band, only 2 other musicians who didn't make it to the open night the night before & why I keep losing the game in the most bizarre ways. This is seriously like when Neil Strauss was about to f-close this super cutey then he finds out her toes smell like the worst cheese you could ever smell
