I got a stripper's number on Saturday, so I thought I'd share a little about what I did and why I think it worked.
First off, the standard rules of nightgame apply - social proof, preselection, etc. will all help you massively. We arrived with girls, got in for free, and were sharing jokes and making friends with the door staff, check-in girls, and all the rest of it. Important to make that good first impression. When we walked in, we immediately started conversations with everyone around us so we made a good entrance.
Girls working in the club will come up to you and hit on you (obviously). It is very easy to allow them to stay in performer-customer mode and grab you and drag you off to buy a dance. DO NOT do this. Those little Mystery negs "hands off the material / this shit ain't free" when they try to touch you, initially, are GOLD, because it will snap the girls right out of it and be like "wait, what?"
The idea is to go with the mindset that you're just there to chill and hang out with your friends and get a drink. If girls come over to sit on your lap, just move them to a chair next to you and have a chat. Don't allow them to ask you if you want to buy a dance or anything. Just say you're just hanging out and don't really feel like it, maybe later, and then just continue the conversation.
The basic principle is to get them OUT of their alternate persona and break the customer frame as quick as possible. Get their real name, find out what they do outside of the club, and talk to them about what their real interests and passions are. You have to be able to keep talking and being funny and interesting, because why is the girl gonna stick around when she could be raking in £££s unless you're really engaging and fun to be around?
After a bit of rapport and comfort building where you get the sense that she is sticking around because you're a cool guy, and she's dropped the act of trying to get you to giver her any money, that's the time to go for it and tell her she's cool and you guys should hang out sometime during the week, and get the number. It's VERY important to be incredibly discreet because they can get in trouble or even fired if you're caught getting their number, and you can be ejected and barred. However, the danger and tension adds to the naughtyiness and excitement of the whole thing!
The girl whose number I got was the hotter of the only 2 black girls in there that night. I opened her DIRECT whilst she was at the bar (yes, you can still go direct on a stripper) with a compliment about her skin, and then got into a flirty conversation. However, I didn't break my frame and didn't buy into hers, and midway through the interaction she was getting visibly frustrated but laughing and giggling at the same time, and she said "Oh my god! What are you doing? You're doing what I DO to guys to ME!" and I was like "See, getting a taste of your own medicine! How does THAT feel." And she was actually blushing (well, as much as a black girl could...) and giggling whilst saying how annoying it was! I then told her she was cool and I was honestly interested in getting to know her later in the week. She gave a little bit of resistance at first, and I was like "it's totally up to you" very non-reactively, and she was like "omg but you should CARE!" Again, showing I was just totally non-needy and really not invested either way. I got my phone and hid it under the bar, got the digits and dropped called her real quick. SHAKALAKA!
Conclusion - great practice for dealing with beautiful women and just not giving a shit about how hot they are, not taking any of their bullshit, and maintaining a fun, flirty, attractive persona whilst keeping a strong frame. Also, fun place to hang out if you find clubs too loud to talk in, and great place to take girls you're running social circle game on as they will see how casual you are towards all these girls and will be unable to ignore the fact that tons of hot women are coming up to you and hitting on you (even though it's fake, subconsciously it still triggers the preselection switch). Fun times
