The other night, my friend and I, went to our favorite place, some sort of Bar with a dancefloor that plays alternative rock music. (so its not really the same SPAM that you have in a club).

After a few beers, we went straight to the middle of the dancefloor, dancing our asses off, enjoying ourselves like we always do. Before the end of the first song, a couple of people(boys and girls) came to dance near/with us. I think that showed good DHV to the 'crowd' because a 2set came to dance between me and my friend just after.

So the two HB8, came to dance between us, and after making eye contact, we made a circle, the 4 of us, everyone grabbing his left and right partner with his arms around the neck. We danced like that, a few times during the song. One of the girl had a toque, and I took it to put it on my head, and to put it on the other girl head, etc. I even pulled it down so my girl couldnt see a thing. It made they laugh.

When the girls went to the bar, I asked them to pay us some shooters. They said no. I said Ok bye(with a smile lol). I went back to the dancefloor and they came back right after. Each time they would leave the dancefloor for a beer/piss/whatever they would always come back to us afterwards.

At one point we went on the stage, where I danced alone with my girl, my friend alone with his, and it started to get more hot. My girl gave me her beer even if she didnt want to pay me a shooter earlier. We then talked about eachother, i learned alot about her, etc. We eventually Kiss-close a numbereous time, and when I asked her if I could wear her toque she smiled and gave it to me.

We also talked at the bar, where I think we connected with each other(we had studied the same shit, talked about our favorites bands, etc). The bar was about to close so I said something like (probly my first, but huge, mistake of the night) : If you want, you can give me your number... I think the If killed my hopes.

She replied like yes, but at the same time she receives a call from her friend that beens waiting for her to come out(of the bar) for a while. I was confused, she was too and she probly didnt hear well her friend on the phone. But if she really wanted my number I guess she could have made her friend wait one more minute.

So what did I do wrong ?

Please dont tell me opening a set on the dancefloor isnt a good idea, it can work and its a blast to do.

Maybe nothing. maybe you should have said "where were we?" when she got off the phone and finished your close. Sounds like you had a good night and maybe you will see her again.
