Info: First report since joining this forum
Location: Lancaster, Pa
Where: Mall

So my old wing man turned nut-less pussy just got his testicles back after his girlfriend dumped him... via text. I decided a little "retail therapy" for the upcoming snowboard season would do him some good so i suggested going to get some boots for boarding. He agrees and we head on down to Lancaster.

We get to the mall, and its pretty dead. Before it was in and out because, well, he was a pussy with no balls. Since he now has them back we decided to stick around and see what who was walking around the mall. Long story short its a HUGE bust... I am still a newbie so I did the "hey, how are you?" deal to a few okay looking girls, and got a "Hi" or "im good" back. I was going to call it a day...

I decide to stop by Pacsun to see if they have any Rogue Status gear (my fav brand) and this short girl starts talking to us who works there about the clothing etc etc. I didnt really stop to much to talk to her and sort of talked over my shoulder to her the whole time while shopping. I then ask her to get my down a hoodie that up high, and throw in a comment about how shes to short to reach it.

We end up talking about snowboarding, and my wing talks me up about how i can teach anyone, and how good I am... I mean I'm decent but not GREAT. lol. She seems interested, and i tell her about how we go a lot because of having a season pass. she said she wanted to learn, but didn't have a teacher (hint maybe?). We pay for our stuff and leave....

We walk around the mall for another 20 minutes and i tell my wing to wait outside of pacsun for me. I go back in, and here is how it went:

ME:Hey, I only have a minute because my friend is waiting for me in the car, but I need a belt. Help me find one?
HER: Sure (blah blah blah)
ME:You know, I'm going to do you a HUGE favor...
HER: How so? *smiles*
ME: I'm going to teach you how to snowboard this winter.
HER: Oh yeah? I'm pretty busy *smiling bigger*
ME: Yep, i say live for the moment, and I think you would really enjoy it...but it isnt free. *grin*
HER: I'm not sure about that, but here take this, and let me know when you are going. *Hands me her number*

NUMBER CLOSE!!! MY FIRST APPROACH IN 3 YEARS AND I NUMBER CLOSED! HUGE CONFIDENCE BOOSTER!

I figure I will call her or text her in a few days with this

" You know, if you are going to be stuck on a ski lift with each other this winter don't you think we should get to know each other before we go?"

Critics welcome. Tips? What would you have done? Ok, for a first time in years off the top of my head?
