Well, I went out tonight purely to pull. Met this gorgeous girl had so many IOI's but ketpm playing it cool, too cool, I blew it. Im such an ass. every time she was close i played it too cool and never spoke to her. she ended up with soeone else. I feeel like such a looser......help

It's completely normal, believe me, I can tell.

Just focus on your errors and try to improve. If you arrived home thinking I didn't even aproach the girl, next time recall that moment, you'll find the courage to do it.

Don't punish yourself for it man, just learn... think about the game as just learning, like when you learned to ride a bycicle... sometimes you fall, but then you just go on and try again.

For me the game is not different at all that any other learning process, you're just making yourself a better man... just keep on it, don't punish yourself for your failures... after all you're not a doctor, you're not a fireman... you screw up, no body dies...

What has annoyed me is that my AA is worse now than before I found PUA. I feel that i have too much pressure to preform now, I know everything I should do rather that just being AFC and still getting some results.

That is a very good goal. Force yourself to make it.

You have to learn from your errors. Everyone learns from their mistakes, and that is how you get better.

From what you posted, it seems that after getting IOI's that is when you should have gear changed and escalated.

It seems that you know what you did that messed it up. Next time, instead of playing it cool and being laid back, ALSO escalate. Number close or k-close.
