Hi,

yesterday I opened a set which gave me kind of some mixed results and I don't really know how to interpret them.

It was a two set, HB6 and HB8. I opened with "jealous girlfriend" opener. Then a guy came in so I befriend him by asking his opinion and completely ignoring the two girls, then the grils jumped in and started giving me the opinion so I started the second part of the question (the reason I'm asking is because I have this friend etc...)

Then the guy comes again and tell me, "listen, we know it's you the guy with the girlfriend" to which I said "not really, but I'm flattered anyway" and then the guy bailed and left me alone with the two girls.

So far so good, then things start going bad... First the girls are all over me, even giving me kino... the next second they are dancing and exchanging ankward looks so I told them, "look, thanks for your help but I really do have to return to my friends" and went back.

Personally I think my energy levels were a little low on opening.

So I went back to my friend (boy and girl) and continue as usual. Then like 10 minutes later "proximity alert" they are on 4 meters range so I took my girl friend and start dancing salsa with her which gets me (I think) a lot of attention (lucky there were playing salsa at that point)...

Next I step into another girl, completely by accident, she is giving me a nasty look because I almost split her drink, so I told her: "when are you due to go back to the phsicriatic?" which results in laugths and the start of a conversation... so far so good... again but then...

The HB8, which happen to be a friend of this girls come and pull her away without even looking at me nor having any signal from the girl I was talking to as far as I can tell. I go to her and told her, "you shouldn't be stealing girls from me you know, I think you're a bit jealous"... but that didn't remotely worked, she just stared at me and turn her back... so I went back to my friends...

Any comments? What did I do wrong? Any advice?
