Today i went to a super store to open a set. Saw cute employee arranging the men's deo product in shelf. The store was not much crowded. I casually went up to her and had following converstaions:
Me: is this where you put the discounted products?
She:yes. The other shelf has all the products which are not on discount.
[ I already had visited the other shelf]
Me: oh.. is that so? I am looking for a good men deo and am not able to find a good one. Do you mind helping me out on the other side.. i can wait...
She: ok.. sure..

she took couple of minutes arranging her few items and walked me to other shelf.. I looked confused and asked for her opinion. she pulled one axe deo and she goes:
she: i think this one is good.
she sprays that in air..
Me: eeww.. it smells more lilke sweet smell...
She sprays another on her hand and ask me to smell her hand..
Me: now.. you smell like a man...)
we both were laughing..
she sprays another deo on hand.. and I tell her that is spciy, chocolatey etc..
than we kind of slow down.. and she asks to go back to her old shelf.
Me: Ok.. i will follow you and pick something from that shelf.. if i do not like it.. than i would return it.
she: ok.
I pick something.. shake her hand.. and leave....
Write my phone number on paper .. come back amd tell her..
me: i forgot to mention that i enjoyed your compay so much today.. i was wodnering if we can do this again..
she: just looks taken back.. with eyes wide open [ neitjher Yes nor NO]
Me: Ok.. lets do one thing.. i wou give you my number and you call me..
i walk out and tell her.. that i really enjoyed her company .. and we should do this again.. gave her thumbs up.. she said thanks.. and i walked out.

Appeciate if all the PUA experts can give their opinions .. about what i did wrong, whet i did right.. where do i need to improve..

Please take this as constructive advice so that you can become a better PUA and have more women in your life:

It sounds like you started building a little bit of rapport. But then she asked to go back to her other place. That was a IOD -- indicator of disinterest. This is not to say you are unworthy of her snatch. It only means that you didn't build up enough rapport, attraction and comfort OR she has a boyfriend/husband that she is pretty serious about.

Anyways, at this point, you are still a stranger to her because you didn't build up enough rapport. So you giving her your number and telling her to call you was creepy and uncomfortable for her.

Think of the situation from her perspective by thinking of it like this: imagine that a dude saw you, he's new in town and wants to make a friend (but he's not gay). If that dude came up and talked to you and after a while you started to feel like he's a cool guy and you guys have some things in common you wouldn't mind giving him your number, right? But if he just chatted some small talk with you for a short time, walked away, and then came back and gave you his number and told you to call him, would you do it?

Once you've developed your skills in building rapport with a woman and getting her comfortable and interested in you then you can move to the next step which is getting her to GIVE you HER number. A PUA never gives his number to a girl. First work on developing rapport, attraction and comfort and then PM again when you are ready to start getting girls numbers.

Thanks for your feedback. I would absolutely take it as contructive critisism because I want to learn the game and be good at it. Currently.. I am new to this. I hope to learn from feedback of experts like you.
