Saturday night, I went to dinner with a girl friend of mine and her group of 7 friends. In this group of friends was an HB8 who recently moved here from Brazil and now attends the same school as I do, and only has a few friends. I had met her before, so we knew about each other prior to the dinner. The HB8 and I did not really talk during the dinner because we were sitting on opposite sides of the table. After dinner, I made some small talk with HB8 about Brazil and jokingly asked her if she lived in a rainforest. Later on, we all went back to my friends house, where one of the girls takes out this giant chest of nail polish. I was the only guy there, with the exception of my friend's boy friend. The girls wanted to paint my nails really badly, and I was not interested. HB8 was sitting next to me, trying to get me to let her paint my nails. I said she could paint 1, but then I would paint both of her hands (I was seriously bored and there was no option of isolation, so I made the best out of the situation by trying a new way of DHV). I said if she took off the nailpolish I put on her, she would be punished. She painted one of my nails, and I painted both of her hands, and did a pretty nice job. All the girls were impressed with how well I did.
I had never painted nails before, but I have a steady hand so I knew I could manage... besides, if women can do it, how hard could it be?
I guess this was a good DHV, since my friend asked me to paint her nails afterwards. The whole time, the girls were screwing with me saying there was no nail polish remover, so I couldn't take off the fruity pink nailpolish on my pinky.
The whole time, I controlled the frame with HB8, getting some kino in from time to time. Painting her nails was also good kino, I guess. I made fun of how girly they all were, since we were sitting in a circle painting each other's nails. Then, to top it off, they put an episode of Gossip Girl on the tv. As we were watching, my friend started to cuddle with her bf. I noticed HB8 (sitting to my right) get more comfortable in her seat, leaning back a bit, and putting her right ankle on top of her left knee (like how men cross their legs). She was kind of shaking her right foot too. From what I saw, I'm pretty sure she wanted me to put my arm around her or something, but I didn't want to go for it. I thought that if I had made a mistake in reading her body language but still went for it, I wouldn't know how to bounce back from it. As we watched the episode, I cracked a few jokes about how stupid the show was. After the episode, I said I had to go, and I got HB8's number:

Me: Hey, let me get your number
HB8: (number)
Me: K cool. So since you have no friends, I guess I'll take the burden upon me to hang out with you
HB8: (giggles)

So to sum it up:

Knowing how to paint nails could be a good way to DHV
Gossip Girl is a terrible show and no one on it knows how to act. The chicks on it are hot though. Especially the blonde one.
