| How do you deal with a 2 set without a wing?
1 set = easy as you get the girl alone from the start.
3+ sets = easy as you can remove hb from set and leave the other 2 to talk amongst themselves.
Now for the field report:
Last week, I was 15mins early for a leaving dinner so I dropped into the pub next door and spotted a hb 8&6 sitting at the bar. After getting a drink, I went and opened with some question about xmas present for my niece. They were Estonian, thus exotic enough to go for the...
"Hey, let me guess. That accent. So strong. You're Jamaican right?"
I then moved onto the Denmark-kangaroo-orange mind reading test (which failed miserably; don't try this with Estonians!). Finally, I went for the rubber band routine*. This also failed as she figured it out instantly (first time it failed; it worked on EVERY friend I tested it on!).
We then fluff talked for a bit. I mocked the girl with the smaller wine glass for being a lightweight and the girl with the larger wine glass for being an alcoholic. I went for the 60 years handshake and both girls didn't let go & I got some hand stroking in with the hb8. About then, the hb6 started stroking my leg with her foot (she was seated, I was standing).
I looked at my watch and realised that I was late for the meal so stupidly rushed out without getting their numbers. Yes boys and girls, I forgot to number close. Grrrr.
Anyhow, my question still stands: 2 sets; how do you escalate with one of the girls without making the other one feel left out?
*Thread a ring, one you've borrowed from the girl, through a cut rubber band then tension the rubber band. Tilt the band from horizontal several times so the ring slips down the band. Slightly release pressure on the hand holding the bottom end of the band. The ring will move upwards, against gravity. It looks more impressive than it sounds!
Most people assume that you're pulling the two halves of the band apart. When she says this, tell her to hold your hands so that you can prove you're not.
*edit, yes, looking back at it, I realise now that I tried to escape. I shall try to solve that!
