Well, things are getting strange between me and my girlfriend Hailey, and idk exactly how long it will last. I’m not too disheartened, it was bound to happen. On her end its love me, get disappointed, feel bad and say sorry, love me, love me, get disappointed, feel bad and say sorry, and over and over again.

Frankly, I’m tired of it. But it will dissipate in time. Anyway, onto the actual field report.

Today was my second date with her (we spend a lot of quality time over the webcam and texts though.) It didn’t go great. Sure, we did sneak off and second base it behind some bushes and a generator at our local mall, but we literally had to sneak off because she was with friends. Her friends got pissed, it was her idea, they hate me because of it. So we split up when she went to go back to her friends. Ran across her a few times, but didn’t join back up.

When we split, I hung with a gaming friend of mine who happened to be there as well. We walked around, discussed things. And a group of 4 girls sitting on a plant called us out, well, him.

*They wave*
HB1: You! With the hat!
*He tips his hat, we go over.*

We talked a bit, ended up splitting down to 2 girls when the other 2 disappeared somehow. So we hung with the 2 girls. A rent-a-cop told us we had to move, and got every teen off of the sofas (but no, not the fat guy that was sleeping there or the Korean elders.) We walked around together. I set a slightly fake time restriction, they were disheartened. But I really wasn’t trying to game much. It all led to me saying by, exchanging hugs. I turned to leave.

HB1 (Kris10) : Wait wait!
Wolf: What’s up?
*she pulls out her phone and taps it awkwardly*
Wolf: Oh fine. *I say, slightly annoyed but playful.
*we exchange numbers, she saves her name as Kris10 (Kristen) I look over to HB2, Nikki.*
Wolf: Hmm, not you?
Nikki: Oh ill just take it from her… if that’s alright?
Wolf: yeah its all cool.
Nikki: Wait! *she jumps dramatically* Do you have a girlfriend? Cause if you do I don’t think that’s right.
*here I had a mental traffic jam. “Lie or don’t? Ah, screw it”*
Wolf: Sort of.
Kris10: Sort of?
Wolf: yeah
*from there it sort of dropped. We high fived and it was over, I left the mall and hopped into my ride.*

After that experience, I realized that girlfriends are the death of me. I have to find a way to end it smoothly, because I realized too late that she was fragile (Hailey) Any tips on that? I'd like to stay friends, or at least friendly with her for a bit, so this may prove difficult. I have a fear of hurting people in relationships, but i guess ill have to cross that bridge eventually wont i?

(After typing up all of this, I realized that it was pretty irrelevant, but whatever. I need to document my progress.)
