Please critique (dont worry about hurtin my feelings, i lost those a long time ago haha)

First approach i have made in a while. Just got back in the game and work has been killing me this last week (I take down xmas decorations all over norcal).

So my boss decides to take me to lunch today after an exhausting shift that started at 3:30 am. By the time we get to the restuarant, i am covered in shit and probably smell (basically, not the clothes to go clubing in).

Get inside and there is this cute hb7 working the counter, luckily i have already learned to smile before I enter anywhere and this time it payed off, haha.
As soon as a saw the waitress, my smile turned from, this place looks good and cant weight to eat, to damn your cute haha.

I kept good eyecontact and smiles going when she passed (unfortunately she wasnt our waitress, other wise i would have gotten some convo going then).

Finally as we our leaving, my boss picks up the tab, i didnt say anything of it cuz it already had some dhv to it, so i passed it off as, it was his turn to pay.

Unfortunately, I do get AA, so i could have used the 3 second rule, instead of half hour meal, but i worked with it. I started convo with "Do you go to Sac State" and shot the normal convo, cuz i couldnt think of any good openers. But This is important for all you newbs out there I ran horrible conversation, but i kept good eyecontact, good body frame and so on. I checked for IOI's (she had a smile the entire time, when i would pause when talking, she would ask me a question, simple stuff) and eventually closed with her number!

Like i said, i let my AA get to me in the end, I bounced with her name and number, but couldnt think of a day two to set up. Any suggestion, try and leave out dinner, (she works at a restuarant and i may cook for her on a day 3)?????
