My first field report on this forum , it was new years eve and a friend and I went to a new years event.Before we went there I already knew my social value was going to be high to very high since I knew tons of people there.

After we had a drink I decided to go meet some people , ofcourse because it was new years eve everything went a whole lot smoother 'cuz you could just run up to people and say happy newyear and they would say you're kind etc etc.

I didn't go for that opening all the time tho , I think I used it in 2 of 9 approaches.
I went to the main room where all my friends would be at , I started off by letting them notice me so that they would come up to me and say Hey rather than I have to run up to them to say Hey.This way I could get my social value up pretty quick because all the girls there would think 'Who's that guy entertaining all those girls?' and then this situation could lead into being approached or more interest before my approach.By the end of the night my social value was trough the roof , guys I had never met before shook my hand and asked who I was and girls opening me and their friends all stood next to me because they all wanted to talk to me.

My best approach was one girl who appeared to had lost her friends in the crowd so I used this to open with a neg , the fact that she was smoking and alone made a great neg.Then when her friends appeared after 2 minutes I was in a 7-set and I was the one being observed instead of the observer.Everything went very smooth and I had already set a time bridge so I left and #closed HB8 and just hugged her friends.

Everybody was having a good time thanks to me , I occasionally negged , good kino escalation and my social value reached new heights.The only thing I lacked a bit were some good DHV stories.Yes , I do know DHV stories but I just didn't use them that night , I don't know why , I forgot to use them.This doesn't mean that I wasn't saying anything , I was having a good convo but nothing too special like I wanted it to be after looking back.

All the other approaches are just random 2 or 3 sets.Nothing too special except a k-close HB8.

All by all that night made me feel good.Made me realize that all this PUA stuff isn't plain bullshit , if you can extract the good from the bad.

I enjoyed my social value of that night and had a great time thanks to all the hints and tips I've learned on this forum.
