I like this story, so thought I would share... (keep in mind that I'm almost twice her age

I met a hot (HB9) blonde ~19yr old university student girl in a cafeteria a while back. She had stopped at the table right next to me, still standing up, but waiting there fiddling with her phone. I asked her to join me. She said she was with a guy (he was sitting through the glass in another part of cafeteria but within sight). I gave her my card (just first name and # on it) and told her to dial my #. She sat down at that other table and said she would send an SMS. She fiddled with the phone and said she sent it but that the SMS should arrive within a few minutes. I thought that was strange. She disappeared. After about 5 mins I told my buddy, look she was playing with me or something cause I got nothing on my phone. Then I looked at her through the glass and pointed at my phone. Nothing happened...

After a while I see her go to the cash register. She starts doing something there, but couldn't quite understand what from the angle I was looking from. Finishes that then she heads off to the bathroom. I tell my buddy that I really like this girl and would it be too stalkerish to go wait by the bathroom to catch her when she comes out. He says "go for it". So I go towards the bathroom...

As soon as I get close, she jumps out and hands me a piece of paper and says "Dana". It was her #.

To be honest you're lucky you got away with that, because what you did was indeed pretty stalker-ish.

Maybe next time, dont ask your friend for advice
