So last night on Halloween, out with my Facebook costume (see my other thread fr-re-best-halloween-costume-ever--vt54864.html) I was at the point where I was getting so much attention I was becoming abnormally cocky. However, I wasn't even speaking. I had a lolipop in my mouth and I was just walking around the dance floor letting people sign my costume.

At one point when I was just trying to walk to the bar, a 4set split took notice of my costume (as did everyone) and I was now in the state of "oh, more people who want to sign me," not annoyed, but completely uninterested. The girls were beaming, both of them signed it, and one of them gave me a huge kiss.

A huge kiss, and I didn't say a word. All I did was look at them with a "I-really-don't-give-a-shit-about-you" look on my face (not that I'm like that), chewing my lolipop stick and acting like I was the shit, mostly because I felt like it from all the attention.

Never really believed that you could get anything without speaking or DHVing and all that jazz, and maybe I need a crutch like this at this point in my game, but now that I've experienced it, I am going to be more open to making sure my body language is like it was last night. I'll see if it gets me anywhere.
