Last week I went out to just practice basically getting into conversations with strangers (women especially) and I was going around town into coffee shops small cafes/bars and clothes shops and built some good rapport with one of the girls at this small coffee shop by first approaching being well dressed and with a confident smile telling her it was my first time here and then asking what she would recommend what her favourite drink there was etc etc. The shop was busy and although we both tried to continue the conversation we were having after I had ordered she had to get back to work. I had to leave to as I was meeting up with friends.

Anyway this week I went back to the coffee shop and it was pretty quiet which was perfect. I went in and I couldn't remember what it was I had last week and when I was trying to remember the girl walks out of the store room gives me a big smile and says hi. I reply with a big smile and ask her what was the drink I had last week. She tells me I order the same drink again and also some lunch. I go and sit at one of the tables close to the counter so that I can still make eye contact with her and talk to her as she's working. She brings me my food and also a free drink (IOI?). She then comes back 5 mins later with her own drink, her lunch and her phone and sits beside me. We sit and talk and I introduce myself as we didn't know each others names at that point.

She sits opposite me but doesn't face me (has her body side on and back against the wall). I found it quite hard to try and use kino while talking to her because of this (any suggestions?). We sit and talk for 20mins while eating and I make sure that I maintain eye contact with her when either of us speak. I finish up take out my phone and ask her "Are you a thief?" and she replies with a smile "No of course not" I say good and hand her my phone and tell her to put her number in. She smiles and does so and I tell her I have to go as I've got plans but I'll text her later.

First proper number close and I'm getting rid of AA with every conversation I initiate
This may sound strange but what now? I plan on texting her but where she works and lives are both pretty far from where I live and we both still live with our parents so finding a good spot to close may be tough. Also do I text her and ask her out. I generally don't want to fall into the pattern of going to the cinema or dinner. Any suggestions of what I could do???

Good going. I've been Day Game sarging for ages now, and would still probably have trouble number closing someone who works in a shop like that... but this girl you mentioned seemed more friendly and trusting than usual anyway. Congrats on the first number though! Seeing then again is another story, however. I would have suggested hinting at meeting again during the interaction, but at least you said you would text later... and when it comes to going out together, there are many things to do besides movies and/or dinner... find out what interests she has and what you have in common. If she's already interested, keep doin' what you're doin'.
