Hit up a party last night, went quite well---here are the sets I opened:

Successes--

HB7--Strong eye contact from across the room, so I went up and approached, made some small talk after which I told her that she seemed like she's a freak, etc. some teasing, and then went into "i'm very attracted to you but I need trust and comfort too.." to which she said "yeah i know!" and then I went into "we're too similar, never get along, fight all the time, passionate make-up sex, not ready for a volatile relationship." and she started laughing and said "oh you have no idea." at that point I could tell she was ready to make-out so I just pulled her in and went for it. Sweet.

HB8 + two HB6 friends---Was introduced by a friend of ours to these 3 girls, started out with just regular talk about school and where they're from and used cocky/funny and did a takeaway. Came back later when they were still standing around by themselves and ran an opinion opener and after about 4 minutes, ran the bad girl/good girl routine on them and told the HB8 I wanted to talk to her separately cuz it's too loud and isolated her (after she told her friends it was ok...love the girl coding!) and we went outside. Sat down and I ran a personality test on her and got to know her and talked about her goals and family and childhood, it was really great----ended up in a kiss close, which was really passionate, but was interrupted by her friends who came out to find her...I later found out she has a boyfriend!!

HB8--She came up to me and asked me if I was a brother at the frat, and said no, I'm the uncle. She started laughing and we got to talking but I didn't use any canned material, I was in state and just busting her balls and making her laugh a lot, giving her a hard time...in the end, I got a number but no make-out, she was uncomfortable doin that in a frat and I couldn't work it well enough to get the pull back to my dorm.

Failures---

HB9--I noticed her for quite a while, and could tell she was looking over at me, but I was too nervous and took a while to open (first mistake)....I did open however with an opinion question (I really need to start getting some new ways to open) and we started talking and I tried teasing her a bit but I was a bit anxious being around such a hot girl, and my jokes weren't really hitting---like she mentioned at one point that she was old-fashioned and I said that was nice (I could've busted her balls at that point though and said something like 'not in those clothes you're not' or something...damn) eventually when I asked for her number she said she had a bf and I said "oh that's cool, i don't want his number, just yours" and she laughed and said, sorry but you should add me on facebook, we'll talk.

A.D.D. HB8--This chick was all over the place, hanging with a bunch of guys, dancing, running around...and she bumped into me cuz this guy pushed her (an alpha or so i thought) and she was like oh i'm sorry he pushed me, and i was like hey you think you can just run into whoever you want? *wink* she was like no he pushed me, so I tried to beta the guy and was like no no, he's such a nice guy he wouldn't do that, you just are a bad girl. she started laughing and i kept teasing her but i stopped cuz this guy was a brother at the frat, and i was nervous trying to blow him out of set, i haven't had much practice...so i basically ejected myself early. Later I realized he wasn't all that alpha and she wasn't into him...one time when she was walking near me, I leaned over and pushed her and was like "getting you back for earlier" and she smiled and was like "you're good!" but kept walking so I didn't follow.
