Ok, man, if you're familiar with the lexicon used by PUAS, then you gotta remember the words... STACKED MATERIAL....
Meaning that you might have done well Oppening, but U tought that only by opening the girls would jump at you all interested. the answer is No. They Didnt, and you know why?. because, before aproaching, you only had time to get rid of the AA ( and even if you sum up the courage to aproach, a part of your brain, is always busy on those left overs of AA, and the other part of your brain is bussy thinking of your opener) ....
and it might have been possible that there was no more room in your brain to think about, your body language, your transition, how to continue the opener, where to position yourself in relation to your target and obstacles... ( not trying to say that youre not smart enough, you are !.. but AA can have really insidious effects on the way you process your thoughts and actions. It clouds your mind for a while, even when yourealready aproaching.
So those crucial seconds, from the moment you decide to walk up and aproach; actually walk up to them, and say the first words of your opener, the AA is still there. The routine stacking is used, not only to avoid running out of things to say and keping the set entertained or attracted, but also to help your mind get used to talking, to thinking, to interact, to slowly drain those left overs of AA.
Because, ( and you have to agree with me on this one ). theres the AA before you walk up and aproach, and the AA that exist the first 1 or 2 minutes of conversation, when youre already engaging the set...
use stacked material to help you get rid of the AA entirely... letting you think for yourself, whether you want to use more routines, canned material, more openers ( in case the first didnt work )..... or be natural about your conversation.
Other important thing.. is the body language. of course, you gotta remember, not to neglect your body language, starting from your smile, the way you look at people in their eyes, the way you laugh, the way you stand, no crouching, no hunching, the way you express your confidence tru your body posture.
Because what is an opener good for if you cant convey confidence in your self by your body language??
Ok. so my recomendations...
Learn to stack material, routines, stories, opinions. etc... ( use one after another...
example... ".....1.....ok guys in need your opinion on something, life or death.. dfoes my friend look gay?..."... oh well.. cuz that guy pinched his ass, i dont know why... ".......2....... and now check this out, his girlfriend has been asking him to wear womans underwear, since the day that she found some1s panties in his apt, she knew those werent hers, and my friend had to tell her that .... he actually liked wearing womens panties., so shes punishing him, or actually diggin him on those panties, i dont know....some girls are just weird, like you... haha."..... blah blah.....
YOU see??? =)
and then..you star feeling more like.. getting "into the set "... and feeling more secure about yourself... and noticing and fixing your own body language. and throwing negs to your target and so on...
if youre kinda new to this... you can develop a natural game, but first my recomendation for you to gain confidence and get rid of AA faster when youre in a set, or aproaching one, is .STACKING your MATERIAL...
then you take it from there
