So been clubbing a lot last week (I'm from London BTW) and I seem to be pretty good at approaching, dancing and getting a kiss close, but I'm really struggling to get them back to my place for a hook up. I am able to score a mobile number but half the time the girl doesn't want to text that guy she kissed in a club.

Example last night saw a group of HB8's and walked over smiled made eye contact started dancing, grinding kissing one and having a bit of fun teasing her and her friends. Then got her number and she took me to a different room where her friends were going. Had a chat I was casually negging and doing some DHV work and then decided to go regroup with my friends and let her return to hers. She said we can bump into each other later (hoping to then take her home)

However and hour or 2 later I did bump into her again, i smiled and said hi but she just walked off? any ideas?

I say downplay the kiss close, and try to recruit women to come by our place to watch a movie and get out of the club or bar. This way you can get isolation, kino, and escalate with the girl. You can try this strategy with your approaches at any venue bookstore, bar, coffee shop, etc. If you want to proceed with kiss closing try running patterns in her about general attraction and connecting to anchor her to you. Also use more kino to convey sexual state and her used to a man in her presence. You can then recruit her once again to switch venues to watch a movie at her place or yours. This is an excellent opportunity to get the fuck close.
