Hey guys, first of all I'm Levon, I'm 19 years old, I go to college and I'm new to this forum. I've read several e-books by different PUA's and I've always been doing sorta well with girls.

I've got this case, there is this girl at my school that I've had in the binoculars for some time. She's definitely one of the hottest girls at my school (in fact there are a 2000 students and I consider her the hottest). Normally I wouldn't have trouble on how to approach her, but there's a little hook on this one:
I know the girl, first time I met her was at a house party where I chatted with her for half an hour - at that time I was having a thing with one of her really close friends. She was quite into the conversation and she seemed interested in me, added me on facebook the day after and all. We don't really talk at the school, but when I'm out to smoke entertaining my friends with fun stories, she seems to laugh at them and she smiles as well whenever we end up talking - doesn't happen often that I walk into her though.
Problem is that I ended up pissing her friend off a little bit by talking down to her several times on a school travel (some serious shit happened and I was mood swinging over that). We still haven't got it solved although I've said sorry for being an idiot to her, which she hasn't responded to (and I haven't put effort into her since then). Nowadays it's about two months ago

I just don't know how to catch her on a good time and if I even got a chance since I've had sex with one of her best friends (especially now her friend has a negative opinion of me) - how and when should I approach her?
