Anyway so after watching Julian's RSD video (Probably misspelt) he really emphasises pushing interactions even if the response is cold.
So went out with that as my goal in mind.
It was really hot in the club I was wearing my signature blazer and wiped my brow. A Hottie on the couch saw me made eye contact and I simply said 'It is roasting in here' (situational opener). She smiled I thought 'Well may as well see where this goes'.
She replied why don't you take off your jacket?
Me: Then I'll look like......one of them *points to other guys in the bar*.
Her: *Laughs*
I walk a little closer and stand over her.
Me: So what brings you out tonight?
Her: *muted by noise and smile is gone from face*
Me: I can't hear you *standing ground*.
Her: *repeats whatever she says*
Me: It generally works better if you stand up and come closer.
Her: *stands up* Just a night out with my friend. *Sits down again*.
Me: *Stands and looks expectant putting pressure on her to continue the conversation*
Her: something again.
Me: I've told you already I can't hear you down there. If you're not coming up I'm going to sit beside you. Move across. Her: No!
Me: Have you never had a conversation before?
Her: *Moves across and I sit down*
Anyway she was not giving me much and I was ready to bail then I thought, 'No, fuck it, she leaves first not me'
My wing walks up to handle the friend
Wing: Hey dude.
Me: Hey man this girl is not giving me an inch. It's almost like she's never spoken to a handsome stranger in a bar
Her: *Laughs*.
Me: So what do you want to know about me?
Her: Hey do you smoke?
Me: Sometimes why?
Her: Let's go for a smoke.
So anyway we proceed to the smoking area and I find out she has a kid (I don't mess with families, just not my thing). I leave and continue with my night.
It was something that I thought I'd let you guys know. Eat that pressure up and you know why should you feel bad about the vacuum that is created in awkwardness. Throw it back at her! Women hate going against social interactions and don't like being mean so point out they are making things weird and you'll get a response. This girl even said, I've only just met you and you're already hard work. PERFECT!! Damn right I'm hard work I'm not a man that is going to roll over and take scraps off of the table. I'm hosting the feast. When you guys get out there remember the mind set that pick-up is a two way street.
On another note I did k close a girl I met on my first solo sarge (I did happen to meet a new friend I met so wasn't a solo sarge). I almost bailed when my wing didn't turn up but I thought to myself 'Jack, don't go home, take baby steps. First step go to a bar. Don't think about the rest just go to the bar and see what is going on). Needless to say it went quite well. The F-close wasn't on because I made it too obvious that we should go back to mine. She said she was a shy girl (aye, shy girl who made out with a total stranger and was dancing with him most the night) but hey live and learn.
I hope this gives you some help.
