Hey, i am relatively new in the game. I got a relatively nice wakeup call the other day, about my some part of drinking problem. Some people can handle the alcohol without becoming a douche, well i am not one of them. Thats why i have decided to drink less/nothing at all.

I am a little bit tired of only getting the girls around 7, i want the higher ones. I can easy talk to them, but the problem is the sexual escalation and the comfort of just doing it. When you are a student there is always a possibility of hooking up with people. But these do not really mean anything to you or the other person. The sexual escalation problem is usually when i am not totally drunk.

2 weeks ago i was meeting up with some friends of mine. She had a birthday, so it was me and her boyfriend there with 5 other really cute girls. Me and one of the blond girl we danced and had fun, in the end i gave her a kiss and got her number.

We texted for 3/4 days while i was doing good. At friday i asked her if she wanted to go out for a couple of drinks. This was already implied in one of the texts earlier, she could not go because of work the day after.

Now the part where i did something i regret, i did send her another text on saturday. Asking her for free days, then i sad lets go out on friday instead. Between those texts there where no response, i did send them 5 min apart.

No reply for 5 days, i gave it the last chance for anything happening with her. So i called her. Tok her 20 sec before she realised it was me before she hang up. Well you cant really get any worse response. Well it was a good learning curve at least.

After that i decided something has to happen, this cant really go on for much longer.

Any advice for what i should have done instead?

wait for them to respond. I always tweak whatever time they suggest so i appear busy.

Your real problem is you cam off as too needy to see her like you care too much. This lowered your value. Be prepared to walk away from any girl at any time, when they sense you don't care too much they feel more comfortable being responsive. Pushing a woman to commit makes them uncomfortable because they think you are obligating them to invest in something they aren't sold on yet.
