I was at a party not too many people, more of a guys hanging out with a few girls, a friend of mine brings back two girls from another party he was at. after a few minutes I go over and start talking to my friend, at this point the 2 girls notice my accent and start bring it up, I take pictures with both of them and keep my arm around the HB9, my friend had already made it clear his target was the other girl. she put her arm on my near shoulder and we chatted for a while, nothing memorable but i did make her laugh a few times.

after a while someone comes outside where we are and says about something inside so I say lets go inside and have a look isolating her with me, we chat a little more and then we play beer pong and lose, we then had back outside to find that her friend and my friend were now making out. I put both my arms around her and we start making out, this goes on for about an hour, i didnt kino escalate.

after this they suggest we go back to my friends and watch a film. we then each pair goes on seperate beds and after about 10-15 mins of the movie both go back to making out however after another maybe 20 minutes they both get up and leave, they had been texting/whispering.

my friend is in a dorm building which is the same as hers and so they both went upto her room, now i didnt know really what happened here but my friend said that his girl was coming back down in a few minutes and that I should go up to her room. I stupidly got nervous and asked my mate, who was texting his girl to see if she wanted me to come up, he said that his girl had said her friend didnt feel great was tired and wanted to go to bed and so i left.

I should have got her number but didnt, so after a day i added her on facebook, however even though she was on facebook she didnt accept for a couple of days. now what did I do wrong to not close, I know when i was at my friends i should have kino escalated more and should I have gone up to her room instead of asking?

and finally what should I now do to get back in contact with her, I have her on facebook but we dont really have any callback humour, is there a routine you think is good for this situation. I know there are alot of newbie mistakes here but I would like to see if I can make something of this as this girl seems really cool and pretty.
