First you must end the tipical conversation about his boyfriends, you are not a "tampon emocional" ( don't know the translate). Make her spend time with you, but good time, and most importantly don't talk about ex BF GB ok?

When is a lot of good vibra (buenas ondas, good feeling) tell her about your feelings, but not in a gay mode please! Don't say I love you and thats shits....
I prefer to say, "I have some feelings for you, but I won't do anithing because you are my friend, and I can't loose you" Always with good feeling.
The normal response will be a surprice-face, and the answer will be "oh I didn't know it" " I think we where friends" etc, but you never will get a NO, because you never ask nothing. Don't worry, thats answers are normal, you are in good way. The following sentences will be somthing like "I prefer to keep a distance/time for you, I don't want to heart you, bla bla bla" OK again

Second: You must disapear of the world! kaboom!!! for a week aprox you need to get out of her world, no calls, no sms, no facebook (don't conect for a week). And you must have a "wing woman" a friend who can pretend be your dating.

So the girl after a week will call you, and ask why did you disapear. Well you must say " sorry, but I dont want to complicate our frienship, and I meet someone last weekend, and we are knowing eachother"

Then go a bar o nightclub where you can find the girl, and go with your wing (who pretend to be your new GF), Girls are much more jealous than you think...
If she never saw you like a boy, she will do it, I guarantee you

The most secure thing is that the girl will call you, (I sai to you, I did this many times, in fact 2 of my best Girfriend that I ever had was friends before. In another oportunity I will write it)
And when she call you, you sai "I prefer to talk in person."

Now you can start over again in relationship, from 0. Using mystery o wathever, be shure to give a lot of (indicador de alto valor), so you can do V1 V2 V3 , etc. That depend on you and girl.
