Hey everyone thanks for taking the time. I am VERY new to this, but I've been going out lately and the same problem seems to keep occurring for me.

Last night, I was able to open 4/6 sets and get a conversation moving. Which I think was a pretty good start to this whole journey but I can't really get the conversation off the ground moving towards attraction.

Yesterday, in the first set I opened I feel like the conversation was all fluff and BS, she was a european bartender, I got some background info on her tried to neg and DHV but I think it was pretty weak. Convo went no where altho she did buy my friends and I a free round but IDK if that was anything to do with me... kind of doubt it.

Second was an HB10, I figured fuck it go big or go home. This one I actually did the best with, I successfully opened the two set and began ignoring the hb10 and talking to her hb8 friend. When determined the obstacle was disarmed through a neg and some playful banter I locked in on the hb10. I am kind of playing the cocky funny teasing guy role. I think it suits my personality the best. It was going alright at first I teased her some more she had large hands I observed so I went with that for the teasing. She showed me pics on her phone of something I cant remember but then my friends came over and joined in which definitely did not help. (they dont know Im running the game) From there I never recovered. I could not escalate I tried some light kino but I really wasnt getting anywhere. Honestly though even though my friends came over I dont think that it was really them that killed it, I believe I was on the same path as the first girl failing to build the attraction.

SO... Please all my new brothers in PUA. Help a brotha out lol. What is it that im doing wrong here. How do I build the attraction and not just be the guy that makes you laugh for a second and then bores you with fluff.
