and after so many days of constant eye talking, i finally decided to cut the crap and approach her
i m very uncomfortable when it comes to talking to girls but still i tried to approach her
so at first she was with her frnd walking by and as they saw me, both stopped as if they wanted me to approach
but i wasn't able to gather the confidence and i walked away and they flew away too
and after some hours when i saw her standing alone,
i went towards her and said Hi i m XXXX [my lips were twitching bcoz of nervousness] and i did a handshake
then she said "so?" i told her that i wanted to talk to u and then suddenly a taxi stopped in-front of her and she left LOL

I have no idea why she behaved in such a way? was she uncomfortable of not being with her friend? or is she playing a game?
and and and now should i re-approach her and if yes what should i say?

There's a few things going on there.

It could be her friend is the one interested in you. It could be she is interested in the way you look but she feels more comfortable talking to a stranger, particularly one she's making eye contact, if she has a friend beside her. She may feel like you have too much leverage over her and she needs a prop, moral support, a wing girl if you will.

When you spoke to her and she said "so" that leads me to believe she's shy, not particularly outgoing, maybe timid of you, maybe feels real insecure alone, maybe not confident in her conversation skills. I think you should re-approach them both at once, but I think you should focus on the friend. Steer the conversation in direction of the one you do not want maybe 70/30 and through out the convo try to get it to 50/50. To be good at this game, you have to be able to approach and converse with at least 2 women equally at once, b/c most of them are much more comfortable in groups or with a girlfriend. Generally, you initially want to try to steer a conversation 50/50 even if one's hotter which is almost always the case. Usually, one out of the two will be willing to keep you around and talk until you fuck it up or the one more interested gets the clue from the other to shoo you off.

You will find when you get a little older if you stay single and in game, it's easier approaching 2 at once than just 1. B/c chances are at least one is going to be willing to talk. They can giggle about it together later. It gives them something to talk about.
