Holland lost a football match on the EC from Danmark and this made sure that most men where all grumpy at the bar, and the girls bored... perfect game night.
Me and my wing hit a club at 2300, about 2 hours after the match. We watched the match with our friends, so we were already in a social state.
Because I am just returning from quite a long LMR with 0PU action, I am focussing on phase A1 and A2 right now, and try not to regard the outcome and just polish my game in that section. I try to make things more clearer for newbies, because this is usually where they need a lot of work also.
The first three approaches are usually crash and burn, just to warm up.
Approach 1.
just a comment to some girls on a bike passing by:
Me: Hi!
Girls: too bad we lost hmmm?
Me: Not at all, there's always hope!
these kind of approaches seem pointless, but that is not the case! This gets you in an approaching mood and practices you for quickening your conversational awarness and reaction.
Approach 2
3 girls talking Spanish: I say something in Spanish to the fat ugly one (the other two were 8 at least), but to my surprise only mild reaction and after that they went on their way. Crash and burn, but we had a good laugh about it.
Approach 3
In the venue, the middle is usually a big place with benches and tables, but they were just cleaning up, so I changed table when my wing was to the toilet. When he came back he didn't see me sitting there, and was just walking around confused. I waved and called him, but instead of getting his attention, I caught the attention of 3 older women (of no HB rating whatsoever haha). I actually had to call him on the phone and guide him trough the venue. People around me were laughing at the spectacle. And when my wing finally found my table I high fived him to make sure he didn't feel embarrased or lose social value. It can happen to anyone.
He responed quite well and talked to the laughing women and started a convo. They responded well and kept lurking in my direction also, inviting me to join. But I was sitting there strategically... and I was not planning on moving.
Approach 4
Because next to me were sitting a HB 9 and an HB 8.5. I hadn't given them any attention yet, and after my wing seated next to me, we just had a conversation ourselves for about 5-10 minutes.
In club game, especially when I am early I really don't use the 3 seconds rule. Especially because there is too much overview and energy is fairly low. If you start running set after set, the third set will already see what you ar doing, and put up quite some defense. However when dancing starts, 3 seconds rule is back in season.
I ran an indirect opener on the set next to me. The opener is about wheter to arrange a stripper for a friend of mine who is getting married and I ask the girl for their opinion on how they would feel if their boyfriend would have one. The nice thing about this opener is that the HB's immediatly betray their beliefs on sexual freedom and their insecurities on monogamy etc. Obviously, the 9,5 had no problem with a boyfriend having a stripper, as long as he did''nt touch her. The other did find it quite offensive and actually was a bit surprised at 9,5.
During the opening I noticed that the 9,5 next to my was quite beatiful and hot... It kind of got me nervous, but I quickly started some new routines and some fluffing. when I talk I use my arms a lot and I noticed the 9,5 following my hand with her eyes, and remaining strong eye contact. It were small IOI's, but not enough to keep the set running, and I was making the classical mistake of focussing to much on the target... I had the opportunity to introduce my wingman, and kept it running for another 5 minutes, but the set started to get bored and we left it a that.
Approach 5
I talked to my wing for a minute, and analyzed the situation, then I spotted, next to the three women, a girl and a guy. Ther girl is an ex GF of a friend of mine, and I hadn't seen her in over a year. I walked up, and greeted her and talked a little. More social proof.
Approach 6
The dancing started, and it was time for my wing to take action, he approached a two set, but during the middle of his opener, it changed into a 5 set, as some guys where coming in with drinks they just got at the bar. Practical logistical problem. He got blown out after a while...
Approach 7
On the dancefloor, I demonstrated to my wing how you can open on the dancefloor on two HB 8's in a dancing 3 set. You can use body language, like turning your chest towords her. The funny thing was, I was opening her with body language, without giving her any attention by speech or eyecontact, and the girl was trying to get my attention. After I explained what I was doing to her, I got blown out of set immediatly haha.
Approach 8
Approach invitation: two girls parked next to us and I used my glass to "cheers" their glasse as they just came from the bar. The convo didn't really take off though, and they werent party girls, so I didn't spend any energy
Approach 9
Another Approach Invitation: A girl who was dancing behind me all the time, "accidentily" hit me with an orang sweater. She turned out to be french, and on holiday, and had supported the dutch team that day (hence the orange sweater). It was a lousy way of starting a convo, but I started gaming her a bit more straightforward. Dancing grabbing her hands, telling I like the french romance. etc. etc.
Her friend must have spotted the straightforward bodylanguage, or my target must have signalled, because her friend came in quickly to ask her to go smoking, but then they didn''t. It was an obvious cockblock.
Approach 10
4 hotty thai girls came in, one of them a 8 with a naked belly and small top... at least I thought they were thai: I opened them in English, but then she said I coudl speak Dutch. This is a silly mistake, I should just always open in Dutch, but after just talking to the french girl, I kind of stayed on course. It kind of got me blown away and it was a dumb approach, because the 4 set was split as two of the girls were getting drinks. Usually sets are more open to approach after being in the club for a minute or 10. In my experience. I got blown out in a minute. Crash and burn.
Approach 11
3 set. A HB 8, a HB 6 and a gay guy. I was explaining to my wing, that if wanted to appraoch, I had to start with the gay guy. My wing got cracked up over this and I winked the gay guy whilst putting my glass against his on the dancefloor... he got nervous and was obviously not attracted to me haha. Crash and burn. I did not expect this and maybe should have tried to game the girls instead. Good fun though.
After that we were kind of tired and decied to go to a more quit bar where we usually end up to relax and play some pool...
Approach 12
I got into the bar, and the most weirdly clothed chick in Amsterdam (and this is pretty weird) was standing at the bar greeting me. I greeted her back and gave her three kisses on the cheeks. She was clothed in a fish net, huge platform boots (she was as tall as I am with those things (2 meters)), a tight hard plastic red corset, cyber dreadlocks, a ring through her nose, and many more sexy and outgoing things. Mystery would look like a bank clerk next to her.
The bar was half littered with a couple of three sets and everybody was looking at me, as the HB extreme was giving me hugs and attention. I still had no clue who she was. Then I vaguely recoginzed her, through the black make up and the cyber dreadlocks hanging from her head like her head was a death star under construcion. She is the girlfriend of the bartender. I introduced HB extreme and the staff to my wing and we all just socialized a little, I realized it was better not to game the HB Extreme, but instead use her as a pivot.
Now this girl is bisexual, so she is also a perfect wingwoman. I actually asked her for the best sets to approached, and as a two set came into view and came to the bar next to HBextreme, I asked her if they could be gamed. SHe said yes, but they would probably be more interested in her. haha. What a challenge...
Approach 13
I asked the 2set with two HB 6s if they would like to play pool. They said they were greek so I joked that if they would win, we would give them 40 billion Euro's (the debt crisis hammering Europe started with Greece and the Dutch government just passed a law to ensure further problems with a 40 billion euro guarantee). These were intelligent girls and although the joke was nasty, they liked the idea and where up for a challenge.
We went up a floor where the pool tables were and we played some pool. The nice thing is that you can do virtually anything, DHV, kino, tease, a lot. In the first game they kicked our ass and the second was kind of boring. However me and my wing got plenty of time to DHV and we invited them to the place where we live wich is quite a touristic place. Also we fluffed a lot and learned that the girls were studying here. It went great.
Just as they were leaving I reminded them about showing them around our touristic place and number closed the HB 6 that was responding best to my DHV's and kino. I suggested to exchange numbers and voila: number close!
Appraoch 14
This approach was during the pool game. There was a HB 8 coming up for cigarettes, the cigarette machine was right next to the pool table. I opened by asking her what she was smoking. Then I said I was suprised she smoked, because she looks so good. I thought she would be more sporty and stuff like that. SHe liked the attention. Probably because it was both flattering, alpha and critical. SHe was quite positively surprised by this remark. I was actually just experimenting with some more direct approach, and 10 feet away I was locked in set with the two 6es.
The cigarette machine was broke and I turned to the HB extreme (who came to reinforce the social contact at the pool game and game the 6s LOL) to ask her to get her boyfriend and help my damsel in distress. The girl was giving some minor IOI's and as soon as she had the cigarettes, all was lost.
... at leas I thought, later she passed by again to go two the toilet. Like a predator I waited for another chance, and I decied to stay as direct and quick as possible... this was the only way, because I was preoccupied with playing pool with the sixes. As the HB 8 came back from the toilet it went like this...
Me: ... hey wait
HB8: stops and turns her head
Me:... this time you do not escape me... (I smile and reach out my hand to hers) I make strong eye contact
HB8:... (puts her hand in mine and looks at me, she smiles back) what?
Me:... I like you
HB8:... Well... I am flattered
Me:... but... you have a boyfriend (keep smiling)
HB8: Yes I am sorry, I really appreaciate it though
Me: no problem to bad, it was nice meeting you.
I walked back into the pool game. And I felt great. I got rejected, but whilst gaming all night, I tried some direct stuff. I looked at the two sixes and was thinking that gaming can get pretty busy. It was all positive energy.
After that we ended the pool game (see approach 13) and went home. Quite fulfilled, because we gamed hard. We had a superfun night, whilst all our friends and pretty much the whole of HOlland was dissapointed with the loss of the soccer match.
