So I'm just guna jump right in,

Last night I went up to Clifton hill, a tourist trap in Canada packed with clubs and bars. With me was my wing, a long time friend whom is in a committed relationship but has my back all the way.

The night was pretty dull, I really had some approach anxiety going on so I didn't try to open a set until we were pretty much on our way out. But here is how it went down. Coming out of the bar i notice a 3 set walking past made up of two HB4's and an HB6. At thins point I'm thinking F-it i have to at least approach one set before i leave, so i took the plunge.

Me: Ladies!?
Them: yea (questioning looks)
Me: Can i ask you a question?
Them: (coming over) yea sure.
Me: So my friend and I were having a debate. You see his girlfriend made out with another girl and I was wondering if that was considered cheating? (opener i learned in "The Game")

This is the point where the mistakes start happening. First of all I just dove into this opener forgetting to tell my wing that it was in my arsenal (causing him to look extremely confused). Though he recovered my second problem was that this suddenly focused all the attention to him. Seeing this I scrambled to take back the situation.

Me: so what are you ladies up to tonight?
Them: blah blah etc.
Me: just having a few drinks then?
Them: hehe yea!
Me: (going for a group neg) well that explains alot (cheeky smile) oops did i say that out loud?
Them: giggles

At this point i introduce myself and stick out my hand to the HB4 on the right, instantly the HB 6 stuffs her hand in there over the HB 4. Now for my next mistake.
I go and neg the HB4 by asking the HB 6 is she is always this grabby. Bad idea because i just reversed it when i should have been saying that about my target the HB6.

So after all this the conversation fell apart and i didn't know how to keep it going, at that point i ejected and walked off with my wing.

In all i feel like the opener was solid and the negs did actually get me some IOI's from one of the HB4's but I completely f-ed the rest of it and let the whole set fall apart.

So tell me what you think guys, i would love some advice, especially on how to keep the conversation going and how to then isolate my target. Remember this was my first field test lol so don't rip me apart too bad.

So today i decided to hit the mall solo to work on my game.

Once again approach anxiety was hitting my hard but not only that, the number of sets available were few and far between since the majority of girls that were there were all under age

In all i only ended up opening one chick an HB5 just for the experience.
Here's how it went down

I notice this chick working a coffee counter looking bored so i walk up and opened. Immediately the Bitch Shield went up, so after trying the esp trick on her she was still closed down but kind of laughing at the same time which i was confused whether this was an IOI or not. so i asked

Me: Do i make you nervous?
Her: No, I have just heard all of this before...
Me: Ouch and here i was thinking i was origional.
Her: (laughs)

At this point i said i had to meet a friend and ejected.

Well thats about all I've got today. Some advice on what i could have done better would be great (considering that it was a terrible sarge haha).
