I just got in. I was out at the bars tonight with my friend and his girlfriend and another girl. Ive been into this other girl for a while and we have always flirted but nothing has ever come of it. She knows alot of other dudes and its hard to get her alone. Tonight was different. We started out tonight doing our regular flirty routine. I usually go with cocky funny and I pretend shes my girl. And this time she stuck with it. She was all over me the entire night and i must have counted over a dozen IOIs. I was thinking that I would take her back tonight but when the time came for her to leave she subtley ignored my request to go home with eachother, and announced she was tired to the entire group and went home alone. I am confused and am wondering how I could have played this differently. Every signal leading up to this said I was taking her home tonight. HELP!

Maybe your attempted bounce was too subtle for her to perceive.
You should have isolated your chick, escalated to at least the point of kissing her, then tried the bounce.
To go from 'playful flirting in a group context' to 'going home with that playful flirty guy' is a big leap for a lot of women. Make it easier for her!
