Now lets get to business. I'm rAFC trying to change my life ASAP, so I'm gonna keep a field journal. Please give any feedback, I definitely need it!

PU #1 - Taking the Dive

Just got out of this one. Last night I got off work and went home to study PU (really.) I have one of those location-based apps on my phone that I haven't used for months and never did me any good (because I was a lame-ass AFC, mutha f***as!). I get a text at 8pm. Beginning was like this:

Her: hi~
Me: Hello
Her: how's it going
Me: Not bad, working. You?
Her: im hang out with my friend r u english teacher in korea

Blah blah blah. I tried to keep my answers as short and to the point as possible. She obviously took the initiative to contact me, so I figured she should work for my attention. I noticed on her profile she looked a little young, so I made sure to get her age in "Western" and "Korean" ages (If you are planning on PUing in an Asian country, make sure you know the difference before you end up in jail).

Anyway, again, Blah blah blah, some little small talk, nothing I haven't done before. Here's where my game took a turn from what it used to be towards what I want to be. I asked her a pretty standard question with no response so I figured, whatever, texting isn't my thing anyway. Three hours later I get this.

Her: sorry for late
Her: i talked with my friends
Me: I almost forgot about you.
Her: haha if u felt like that im not gonna text u lol
Me: Haha your loss.
Me: Just kidding
Her: omg where r u?

Maybe you don't get how monumental this is for me. I am a life-long supplementor and used to making myself into shit to putting a girl on a pedestal. In just 3 texts, I negged DHV'd, and got serious IOI. Feeling pretty proud of myself.

So we texted for another hour, I was throwing my best game yet, some real confident shit. She was eating out of the palm of my hand. The last texts were in Korean so I'll generalize.

She said if I'm ever bored we should meet someday.
I asked if she liked beer and proposed a meeting at a creek by my house.
She said she already had plans to meet her friends.
I told her she needed to pick a date because I can't waste all my time figuring out her schedule.
She said "yes, sir. we'll meet, just not tomorrow

Then she gave me her real phone number (not in-app). So up to this point, I know this shouldn't go here and it's a little boring. It gets better.

The next day (today) I was on a break from work eating dinner. She said she was in my neighborhood and asked what I was doing. I told her I was there for a few minutes but had to get back to work soon. (FTC, coulda done that shit tomorrow) So we ended up meeting up for a few minutes. She walked back to work with me. Then, she ditched her friends to hang out with me later!

At this point, I am definitely thinking I'm getting laid tonight and hoping she doesn't mind a messy apartment. I plan out my whole game-plan, and in my head it is perfect.

We went to a bar. Needless to say not everything went according to plan. I had to keep reminding myself to make eye contact, should have escalated the kino way more, might have seemed a little nervous. But for my first PU, I was still pretty shocked at how far I had come just from reading and internalizing this stuff. Seriously, she had doe eyes all over me. I could have told her anything and she would have laughed. It was ideal.

Then I found out more about her. She's only had one boyfriend. ouch. Her dad's a pastor. Ouch. She's a virgin. OUCH. But I am pressing on, if nothing else, for practice. I tell her that she's a troublemaker, she just doesn't know it yet. She seems to really dig that so I hit it a few more times later. We play darts. I initiate some minor kino, she responds really well. I still feel awkward about it.

I bounce her to a coffee shop. We get into some deeper convos about life, culture, etc. She seems pretty interesting but doesn't know what she wants yet. She talks about how when a guy has sex they want to tell everyone, but when a girl has sex she keeps it secret. I point out she said she hasn't, but by her own definition she might be lying to keep it a secret. She swears she is a virgin, but then starts talking about how much she really wants to try and how she wants to lose her virginity.

Pretty soon after that I put another FTC on, so I walked her back to her apartment. She is already planning tons of dates for us to go on together. I tell her goodnight, and she invites me up to meet her family. I pass. She tells me to call her if I'm ever bored. I tell her I'm pretty busy, so maybe she should call first. She seems like she really wants to kiss me, but I just give her a hug.

30 minutes later she starts texting again.

I FEEL I AM IN OVER MY HEAD.

I need feedback. I know this is really long, but.....
I feel like taking her virginity is breaking some un-written law (or maybe it is written and I haven't found it yet). Also, I feel like it should be one of my rules. I know how clingy I was to the girl who took mine, and it's a billion times worse the other way around (I hear).

But, I haven't had sex in a while, she's cute, she really wants to, and I really need a rebound.

My brain says no, but my dick says yes.

Hey, man!

Congrats on your first pick up. Actually, you got Picked Up, but I think you managed it well.

The more experienced people here could tell if you did anything wrong, or not, and try to give you some tips. On the other hand, it makes me happy that you did it, nonetheless.

About her being a virgin, thats a tough one. I don't know how it works in Korea. But be careful not to let her develop feelings towards you, if you don't want the same.

This will:

1. Be unfair with her
2. Bring some upset to both of you

So, just take it easy! You did it with this girl, you can do it with anyone!!

Yeah, thinking about this more, there's no way in hell I'm gonna take this any farther. Not looking to open anyones eyes right now...

So any advice on cutting it off? As far as an AFC first date (and probably in her eyes too) it was pretty legit. I don't want to sound like too much of a dick. Thinking of using the excuse that was pulled on me by chicks all the time in my youth. "I like you, but I can't stop thinking about my ex. You're really nice and I don't want to make you a rebound. LJBF!"

PU #2 - The Dance

Saturday I was supposed to go to Hongdae (trendy, college clubbing area) with Mixture and SLee. I was really sick in the morning so i called, cancelled and slept all day. My friend woke me up and made me get out of the house. We went to get some dinner and I tried running the Cube on my friends because I never tried it before. It worked really well. After a bunch of bouncing around we ended up in Hongdae anyway.

We went to this boring bar first to meet some friends of friends. One of them was a HB7.5 from San Francisco. She was pretty cool and we got to talking. Tried out some simple negs on her, but decided not to target her. We then hopped over to one of my favorite clubs, a rock-and-roll club that plays a lot of stuff from when I was in high school. We danced and had a good time in there for a while. Danced with maybe three girls, HB6-8, but when I tried to run some game on them, they just wanted to dance.

Then the clouds parted and this 2 set walked in. Tiny HB9 super cute, and her friend. I finished my drink and walked over. I said "You look bored, let's dance." and took her hand. I guess she liked my decisiveness because she put up no fight. We danced for a few songs, I tried to keep eye contact and escalate kino whenever we talked. Also tried to include her friend (HB6) in as much as possible. Then I told her I had to leave with my friends, so how could we continue our convo. She whipped out her phone, put my number in, and called me (best way to make sure you don't get a fake). She told me to call her if we were going to another club.

Hung out outside with my friend. Texted target and told her we were going to another club. She came up and I tried to cat-string her. Brief eye-contact, but no effort to make my way to her. It worked. She tried to dance off with her friend and act like she wasn't paying attention, but eventually came back over. As soon as she approached me again, I rolled off again taking my friends to another club. As i was leaving she grabbed my arm and told me to call her and tell her where we were going.

Okay, long story short, we went around to a few more clubs, then ended up at our last destination. Only 1 of my friends was left at this point. She said she would try and keep target's friend occupied, but the friend spoke ZERO english. Had some time on the couches, heavy kino, then went out and danced because her favorite song came on. Some british guy started dancing with our group trying to hit on the target. I talked to him a little bit and found out him and target's friend both speak Japanese so I got them talking and pulled target back to the couches. I started running the cube on her. She had puppy dog eyes. I was halfway through the results with plans to kiss-close when my drunk friend came over and pulled the target away. laaaaaaame

Anyway, after that everyone was tired and I wanted to leave on a good impression, so I told target I had to bring my friend home because she was drunk. She said she liked me a lot and would call me later this week.

So I'm pretty happy about that. I probably should have isolated her a lot sooner in the night (it was about 5 hours from meeting to leaving) but I think bouncing around a lot helped. Plus I was able to AMOG the british guy a little. Number one priority now, Work On Keeping Eye Contact.
