Whats up players?

I feel like I failed a shit test. But it could be that I just failed in general. So here's what happened.

ME: I got eye contact with a girl and came in and opened with - You guys look like fun! I had to come and say hi!
GIRLS (7.5 and HB 3) hii

ME: Whats the occasion? Are you guys celebrating?
GIRLS: No just having a few drinks with our friends...

Then I go into best friends test, esp routine, palm reading (with retarded line included) I get about 4 IOIs from the target and 2 IOIs from the obstacle.
Then I qualify the target. I ask her if she can cook - She says that she can cook, we chat about that. Then we talk about soccer, she knows a lot about it and I compliment her on that and I feel like we connect there.

Then I should have ran some more attraction or opened a set next to them to get some jealousy going or isolated her or did something else. But I made a mistake and went for a number close, and I didn't even justify it properly. (At that point I didn't realize that 80% of my numbers are going to flake and I was all excited about getting a lot of numbers)

I think I could recover from that, but then I failed a shit test and really blew it.

We exchange numbers and I try to set up a day 2 right away.
ME: lets get a couple of drinks tomorrow?
HER: I cant my brother is in town until Tuesday.. I have to show him around and spend time with him...
ME: Cool.. How about Thursday then?
HER: How about you text me later this week and I let you know?
ME: Oh come on I have to plan things cause I have a lot going on this week! Lets just pre arrange it for Thursday night?
HER: (Smiling) No, how about you text me and I let you know?
ME: OK. (At that point i'm still thinking that i'm the best PUA in the world)
2 minutes later I text her "Do you speak text?" and of course she didn't reply.
I realize that I did a lot of things wrong. My main question though is - was it really a shit test that she didn't want to set up a date for Thursday? Was she flaking me at that point already? And if it was a shit test, what would be appropriate response for it?
