So Library took a co-worker out tonight.

this co-worker has been on the job a little more than a month or so (I'm not going to lie, I can't even begin to describe the hours of my job, it's VERY difficult).

At work, a HB 6 MAX...out of work, my jaw dropped...HB9. I originally invited her out for drinks, kayaking and hibachi dinner (I love dinner and a show).

Day's going well, we're having a blast. towards the end of the night we end up at a local craft brewery store/pub. I'm a homebrewer and skilled in the art of beer, she has previously stated that "she would love to go beer tasting with me" because I can recommend great tasting beer.

The night goes one and we're leaning in towards each other, telling jokes and having a great time. Then Library decides to play the 5 lies game...my wager, a kiss (note that this routine has NEVER failed me). Her response, an immediate and resounding "NO". not playfully, not cute...just a no.

Man, that felt like shit. I'm flustered, I don't know what to do...AFC Library is surfacing. I hold him back and proceed with the game as if nothing was wrong and ended up "winning". My response..."shit, I don't want your kiss, I just wanted to see if you could think outside of the box."

It was PAINFUL. What I realized though is that even though I know here, I can't treat her like a friend...I should have treated her like a fresh open and taken it from there.

My question, is there a way I can save this? the 5-lies to a kiss close kiinda ended the night.

This was seriously as objective as I could look at it.

Dating a co-worker can be needless drama, you really want to go there?

If you do, just ignore whatever happened, don't ever mention it and just plow on like it never happened. Control the frame, stay cocky and funny. Don't use a kiss as some sort of bet in the future, turn her on and make her want to kiss you physically, emotionally...not logically.

Good luck bro 8)
