So I have read a lot. Mystery method, the game, revelations, venusian arts, rules to the game, jamie olivers italian, lord of the rings, goodnight mister tom blah blah blah.

As useful as all this reading material has been one major aspect was missing; actually putting it into practice. Ill admit, iv been out a few times recently but have still had trouble plucking up the courage to actually try out what I had learnt. So last night I finally though fuck it, lets see what happens.

It was amazing, I had so much fun. I started off in a bar and got talking to this older woman who was a friend of a friend of a friend. Although I didn't necessarily follow any strict "rules" as I work better going at it naturally, it was great to see the different responses I was getting when putting some of the simple things into play. Even just eye contact, smiling and being cheeky and assertive made a huge difference, it was great. So anyway, im doing really well with this woman and knew she was keen (which she later admitted) even though she was over ten years older, I also managed to get her to buy me a drink. She wasn't what I was looking for though so I got her number and moved on to the next place.

Having this warm up pretty much broke down my AA which has always caused me problems. From here on anytime I saw a girl who interested me I would go straight up and speak to them without giving it a second thought, works so much better for me this way as im normally terrible for over thinking the situation! I got a few more numbers and facebooks etc, had a few dances and of course some rejections and disinterests which I just brushed of with a smile.

My biggest challenge though, and heres where I need your guys advice, was this super hot girl and her friend sat on a pool table. I walked past, approached the two of them and the one I wanted to talk to initially was showing little interest. Her mate was cool and I got on well with her so started talking and pulled out the whole "your friend over there looks like the life of the party" Sarcastically to which I got a smile and introduced myself. Ended up chatting with her for a while and took her to the dance floor where I pulled out some of my finest moves which, of course, went down a treat. Anyway, she was out with her work and bosses so she put my number in her phone and called me so I had hers and I left her to her friends. Tonight for me was more about approach as many people as possible just to chat rather than fully follow through. Baby steps and all that!

Anyway, what I need to know now is where do I go with this? This is my first number close since learning about PUA so am curious as to what to say to her and when?

So to sum up:

- First night out properly practicing PUA, had an amazing time and cant wait to try more
- Friends I was with were blown away, they even started getting me to approach the girls they were interested in because they had AA themselves
- Im amazed to see how well some of this stuff works, my confidence has skyrocketed because of it and for that I thank you all
- Started to over come my AA and realised that the rejection is literally nothing! walk away with a smile on your face and on to the next.
- Also realised how important it is to involve the group in the conversation and getting them all comfortable with your presence.

So yeah, pretty pleased with my first night out and would love to hear your advice on the last number situation.
