Hey guys,
Had such a fun night Saturday, and would love to get a few opinions on a couple things.
My female friend had her 21st birthday at her house this past Saturday. I had one of my best friends from NY come visit me so we could party together. More on this later, but he is now going out with a girl I used to hook up with a couple years ago (told him I didn't care).
Anyway, I get to the party after pregaming with a few drinks, and I know a good amount of the people so I am just making my rounds being social, even freestyled a little bit haha. At first, I thought most of the girls are too young for me (I'm 21, good amount were 17-18 ), so I was just like 'Screw it I'll just have a good time'. I was really feeling the vibe, and was having fun with a ton of girls and just in general. Anyway, started talking to this one blonde and her brunette friend. I thought they were both cute, maybe the blonde was a little cuter, but I was being friendly with both of them. After teasing them both and making fun conversation, it eventually is just me and the blonde (this is where I want to see how you guys would react).
This kid I met earlier who I thought was cool (even though he was a little bit of a wise-ass about my freestyle) comes in and tries to tool me with, "Man you guys are having a really good conversation. You are really gaming her good man"! Or something like that. In the back of my mind I'm like "You ass. Got to use me as a window to talk to her". I responded with, "Ha nah man we're just talking and having a good time" (or something like that). It wasn't horrible, but I knew I could have handled it better. Shortly after she excused herself to talk with her friend real quick, probably because this ass made her feel uncomfortable.
My one brother said he would have just been like, "haha! You're funny. I like you man." with a pat on the back. Which I like that response a lot.
Other brother said he wouldn't be afraid of complimenting her and would say something like, "Well hey can you blame me? Look at her!" Which I think is ok. I was thinking if it would have been a smart move to disagree with him and jokingly make it like she's gaming me? I don't know, what do you guys think?
Moving on.. My good buddies new gf (girl I used to hook up with from back in the day) was telling me how the blonde girl and brunette girl along with some others thought that I was out of their league!! And that I was playing hard to get really good hhah! I found this funny because they were flirty and they would stroke their hair and whatnot but I didn't know they were this interested. They would flirt and have fun but then move away to try to get me to chase.
And I never did! Every time they tried to get me to chase, I would just go and talk to a different group of girls and see them staring at me jealous haha. I really felt like the man at this party. By the end of the night, I was really feeling the brunette because she was just so much damn fun (blonde was cool too, she used to be a 'junior olympic swimmer' -_- and I swim as well so we connected, but she wasn't as fun!) and I know the brunette was feeling me (randomly kick me in the butt, or we'd make flirty eyes across the room). I found out she had a boyfriend though. Later on I tried to get her number, and I can tell she wanted to give it to me, but was respecting her boyfriend (rightfully so!). I started joking around saying, " Ok thats fine! but you knowww.. I think I lost my phone can you call it for me?" and she starts feeling my pockets and stuff haha.
Anyway, she tells me to facebook friend request her and I just kind of gave her the yea yea look as I'm starting to talk to people around her a bit. My NY buddy's new gf tries to get her to come back with us, and she was totally down but it didn't end up working out. Which I am SO DAMN thankful for because when we went back to her house and met up with some old buddies, it was a good time but lets just say the night ended with SLASHED TIRES (and a possible bottle to the head of one of my friends from the same guy who slashed tires). Unbelievable.
Oh, and in the last five minutes of the party before we left, I meet this girl with tattoos who was pretty sexy, and at this point I was so warmed up and didn't give a shit about anything that the conversation was just me having fun and making us laugh... and just as my bday friend's dad came out from nowhere to tell everyone to gtfo, I get her number. She texts me telling me to save it, and the next day we're texting and she's telling me she's hoping we can find time to talk more
. My opener for text was:
"Stop!"... "stop what haha" .. "Stop thinking about me and smiling. See, you're doing it..right....now." hehe
As the party was dying down (I'm talking to the tattoo girl) I notice the brunette with a bf was hanging around a bit. She was checking me out from downstairs as I was talking to the girl with the tattoos. Aside from how you guys would deal with that dude, I want to know how you guys would deal with the brunette girl? My buddies new gf was saying how she is going to hook us up, but I don't want to wait for her, it's been a day or two already. I can call her and see if she will set something up (not sure how I feel about this) , or I can message her via facebook. I was thinking a PM like:
"Snotty! It was nice meeting you. Out of all of the people I met Saturday, you were the most fun. I am aware that you have a 'boyf' and I don't want to step on anyone's toes, but if it doesn't work out.. hit me up!"
I nicknamed her snotty and boyf is what she said haha. Is that message lame? Not sure what to do.
I am not amazing with women, but I am coming a looong way. Thanks to all of you guys. I really am making great improvements thanks to your guys help, and it's really starting to improve my life. I look forward to helping around here as much as I can as well! Thanks for any advice you guys can give!
