Saturday,
So I was out with about 15 people for a friends birthday in downtown Austin. Around midnight I was at a upstairs bar and the only decent sets are these three girls. Two are 10s and one is an 8. They knew the staff there and they were talking to a bartender a lot. I went and got a fake water (water and lime because I am marathon training) and I asked them a simple question.

Me: Hey you girls look like three individuals who would know a lot about a problem I my friends and I are trying to solve

Girls: "Rolling eyes" What?

Me: Well could I get an opinion... (before they speak) so my friend was lied two a few times by this girl he is talking to or dating... He knows she is lying but won't tell her... We were just discussing it but then the shifted to who lies more men or women... Since we are men we think women lie the most but to be fair we should get a womans perspective

After that the girls talked among themselves and debated with me for about 5 minutes until their tab was closed (I picked a bad timing). One thing is for sure though... I picked the right line to work. All guards were down AND I could break into the best friend routine.

So randomly after leaving an event at the state capital I went and picked up my roommate BigSarge and we went to an establishment of twin proportions. Our waitress was a certified 9. I found out quickly that she was from Canada and since I snowboard also I worked that in there... now how I played the game... I used the method of trying to "help" her image that we are snowboarding the swiss alps together (she has been there but not snowboarded but I have been there and snowboarded the Alps alot)... she kept going back and forth a lot with other tables but she would hop around right before sitting down with us (IOI one), IOI two was that snowboarding the swiss alps was hot, IOI three was playing with the hair, IOI was the key contact (it went for 8 seconds one time).

When I got ready to leave she said she was sorry that we had to go and no more snowboard talk (how many snowboarders in Texas? I have a one up : ) )... I told her that to give me her name or phone number to contact her and we could talk more... she quickly wrote down her name for Facebook and slide it to me...

Now what makes this waitress close interesting...
I knew (actually went on a few dates with someone who was NOW a waitress there) and she still liked me. It took her to sit down and talk to us with OUR waitress present for target a (Our waitress) to become comfortable.

Number two is that this is an establishment (funny I use this term) were the women are supposed to have everything showing and get hit on consistently (not a hooters)

Three was the approach or the embedding of the idea of us snowboarding together (I showed her a pic on my phone of my snowboard)

Fourth was that I told her to give me her full name or number... I should have said number

Everything worked out... but I am not sure if this was a mistake... I wrote on my bill "In case I can't find you here is my number"

I only did that because I felt strong enough that it could not damage what I had going

She had talked about being on top of the mountain snowboarding in the Alps so when I got home I added her and send her a msg...
