Righ guys, couple of highlights from last night

I was chatting to a girl I know at the bar. I need help with her body language. She is a bartender there, we had a little chat,all very direct as I know her but I did notice her body language.

She started rubbing one arm with the other after a while, im guessing this is a sign of anxiety or her being uncomfertable? Then after a while she crossed her arms. This usally isn''t a good sign is it?


Anyways we went on to another bar and I thought a girl across the other table was looking at me a few times. Thing is how do I know is a IOI and not just scanning the room/chance look or me looking for her looking if you catch my drift? Very very nearly went across,AA got the better of me!

If you are new I wouldn't really worry about bartenders you are not going to land any. Her itching was probably because she popped too many Oxy's or her arms just itched, she crossed her arms probably because she wants to you to move along if you were chatting her up.

The girl looking at you was a better prospect, she might find you interesting or weird looking thus her staring, juts assume she liked you and move in - no downside.
