So I'm not entirely sure if I should include a little bio about myself so I will omit that info for now.

I am completely new to this and decided it would be a great endeavour for me. So here I am and I decided to report my journey to everyone.

Today I went to the mall in Burbank, CA, to try out the newbie mission of saying hi to everyone I see. It went semi-well. I said hi to many employees and a few girls walking around, but I noticed that a lot of them didn't really bother making eye contact with me so I didn't say anything to them. I was trying to stare them down to see if they would look at me in which case I would smile and say something, but most of the time they just looked the other direction and didn't pay attention to me at all. I tried saying hi to a couple of people who didn't look at me, but I didn't say it loud enough for them to hear me I guess. The mall wasn't super busy during the day.

I am going to try and go out again tonight with a friend and practice some more.

Good for you getting out there and not just sitting on your computer being a keyboard jockey. Keep it up!
