So I met this girl on tagged.com and we send each other messages. I do the red / blue routine and got her really interested. She gives me her number after the second message and we start texting. I told her we should hang out tonight and she’s all for it. We agree to meet later in the evening at a bar with a live band. When, we meet, she’s extremely shy and i'm having trouble getting her to open up. We go outside for a smoke and I do the cube routing, even though it’s almost 100% accurate, she still doesn’t open up. I try to get her to dance but she refuses to dance to any of the songs. The band is terrible and they don’t really play dance music, so I decide to take her to another club. On our way there, she opens up more and at some point tells me she likes me and says stuff like she wants to add me on facebook. Also I'm starting to get some physical response like her punching me and stuff like that. As we are about to leave the car, I try to kiss her, she says “I just put on my lip gloss”. She then says “Don’t worry, we’ll kiss.”

So we get inside the club and she's not really into it, later she says she thinks she’s over dressed and recommends another bar she likes. Note: this bar has teens and 20-somethings. She’s in her 30s - as am I. She says she feels intimidated by all the other girls. Ok, we get into my car and go to the club she recommends. At the door, as I’m being carded, I look behind and see her talking to some guy she apparently knows very well because they hug first, I decide to go inside and act disinterested. I sit by the bar, expecting her to come in anytime after that. She doesn’t. At a point, it seems she comes in for a couple seconds and I don’t see her again after that. I tried to open a girl beside me but couldn’t really concentrate so I couldn't continue. I text her saying “You gone?”. I wait 5 minutes and say “Lemme know, night is young, I can make alternate plans”. She doesn’t respond. I wait 5 minutes more and then eject.

I believe my game was not solid enough to close and I was probably out-gamed by that other guy she was talking to. Note that we left her car in the first bar and I drove her to the second and third bar, so I must have really sucked for her to abandon me like that. I would appreciate if you could critique my performance and tell me what I need to work on. Thanks guys

To start with, taking a girl to bar/club you never met is really a bad idea. Unless if your social proofed, and you can skip lines and get in, that will make you look good.

A lot of "puas" mess up because they have no life style besides going to bars/club. So that's where they take there date too. Build a life outside of going to bars or club. For example, I love to go Jet Ski, ride ATV's or Dirtbike, Surfing, Snowboarding, Frisbee Golf, etc... My day 2's, I am gonna take a girl to do one of those things. Invite her into my lifestyle. How many guys take there dates there compare to bars or club, or even expensive dinner? Not many.
