I sought a coffee recommendation from a HB working in a cafe today. She gave me a coffee that was like rocket fuel. I had the gitters big style and couldn't bring myself to talk to her after that.

Low caffeine is the key !! Lesson learnt: Dont ask for strong coffee from a HB. It'll only end in tears.
