I would try to send her "unpersonal" funny messages.

Avoiding the usual "what did you do yesterday?" or "Today I'll go to a party".

For example, this is what I've send a girl today: "Horoscope of today: you will fall in love with a guy that you meet in the next 5 minutes. So start smiling and get in the mood right now! "

I don't know if you want to tease her with the fact of falling in love with someone else, but anyway, you get the idea: a funny non-personal message, that will make her laugh and that will initiate some reply/funny interaction... (you can even freeze out a little bit, and not respond to her... than send an other message the next day...)

Take a good 10 minutes to think about the message. Think about something she told you, or some other hints she night have gave you on her personal situation, then de-personalize it and send it to her...
The text HAS to make her laugh. That is the most important part.
I'm planning to continue tomorrow with something like: "Horoscope of today: you'll fart in the elevator and you'll blame someone else out loud. It will be embarassing but you'll live!"

If you can send 3-4 message of those in 3-4 days, she'll be looking forward to get in touch with you or something...
