What you write, sounds mostly like Atlas Shrugged will suit you, as it goes deeply into what drives humans and how they act and organize themselves based on their principles and beliefs. However it's a very long book (but admittedly a good read, although there's a lot to argue about it philosophically).

Alexis De Tocqueville's Democracy in America is also a good read in these aspects, but then also long and this book won't benefit the pick up specifically.

Mr.Marville,

I love you posts man. The self sufficiency in the way you write and the cockiness definitely remind me of how I tend to communicate. I took note on the books you posted. I read a few of them but there's no such thing as too much "light reading".

Hunter9, You'll do great soon. Go for Becca, make it happen whatever way possible.
